Duties and Job Roles

The main responsibility of the President is to ensure all Accounting Student Association events are delivered with the highest quality possible. I represent the accounting student body at Simon Fraser University in the BC Accounting Clubs Committee and to the different designation institutes. Furthermore, I oversee all activities of the association and ensure the Constitution is followed. Lastly, I coordinate the implementation of objectives of the year 2010 – 2011.

About Me

Hello everyone! My name is Anthony, a 4th year accounting student. Many of you may have seen me around before because I love spending time on campus. I am outgoing and love to interact with others so make sure you stop me to say hi if you see me around! An interesting fact about me is that I have an abnormal and a random sleeping cycle because I would like to become a vampire one day!

In my spare time, I enjoy singing in the shower.

If I could go anywhere in this world, it would be a snowy mountain with a white sandy beach at the peak of the mountain on a sunny day!

One of my happiest moments in life is when I have a Chocolate Danish from Tim Hortons.

Goals I would like to achieve this year are to eliminate the stereotype of accountants, to enhance the image of accounting students at SFU, and to build lifelong friendships within ASA.
